Returns policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase and experience with our products. If you’re not satisfied, we will make things right! You may return any product within 90-days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. With proof of purchase, you will receive a full refund, which shall be credited back to the original payment method, in the amount paid for the product you are returning.

Note: all returns must include your assigned Return Authorization number.

Items returned should be in new like condition with original packaging with all items shipped in box.

If you return a product purchased using a promotional discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product.

Electrotec Audio will not refund any shipping charges (e.g., expedited shipping or overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.
